Nancy expresses anger after being excluded from artist list

Singer Nazmun Munira Nancy recently returned home after a foreign tour. She was scheduled to perform at a program organized by the BUET Club on Wednesday evening. However, before the program began, the organizers informed her that she would no longer be able to sing at the program.

On Tuesday night, the organizers suddenly announced that Nancy had been excluded from the artist list. Nancy later revealed the matter herself on social media.

Expressing her anger over the matter, Nancy said: "I came to know last night that I had been excluded from the artist list. The organizers informed me that one of the BUET Club members wanted to boycott the program in case of tge participation of any politically involved individual."

Nancy said: "How did the members of the BUET club suddenly know my political ideology? And can an artist be disrespected like this just because he or she has a political identity?"

She further complained: "Did I want to do the event myself? Or did you show interest? Is it professional behavior to cancel the event without paying any advance honorarium?"

Nancy said that the organizers had also made a promo video about her participation, where she was introduced as the 'Melody Queen'.

Finally, she told the organizers: "You can do it! Send the honorarium to my house as per the rules quickly."
